County Fair Annual Convention Registration

This is to register & pay for your county fair for the MFCF annual convention!
January 13 -15, 2023, at the Double Tree Hotel in Bloomington.

Full Convention Registration Is Suggested For:
  • Fair Directors
  • Organizational Delegates
  • Spouse/guests who want access to all convention activities

Full Registration Includes:
  • Convention Registration
  • Name Badge
  • Meal tickets for Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast (Grab and Go this year) & Saturday Lunch

Partial Registration Is Suggested For:
  • Spouses/guests who do not want to attend all convention activities
Partial Registration Includes:
  • Convention Registration
  • Name Badge
  • No Meals
Meals can be added individually to a partial registration.

Delegate information for both the Federation and the State Ag. Society should have been already emailed out to your Fair Secretaries at this point in the form of a DocuSign format.

If you need to register more than 11 Convention Attendees, you will have to do a second form.

Donation to help pay for our lobbyist

Our lobbyist has gotten us grants, Equal share grant & the legacy grant. We are still getting premium reimbursement when they wanted to take it away / Grant money plus this year they got us a sales tax exemption. You can thank them for a minimum of $20,000 a year for your fair!! Help us pay for them.
MFCF's Lobbyist Donation
Member dues alone do not cover the lobbyist fee, and we will need their services more than ever this year. The suggested amount is $100, which is less than 1% of what each fair will receive in 2024 through the County Fair Ag Grants.

County Fair registration & fees

Congratulations, you are almost done!

Once you click the "submit" button, you will be transferred to a page to review your information. At check out, you can enter your credit card information as a guest or create a login. If you are looking to register more than ten people, just go back in & do a second form. On the second form, just add the different attendees that are coming & who you are.

Once you have your information added, you will then click the red "review and finalize" button on the right and that will take you to the final step. Your order has not yet been submitted. Please verify the information and if it is correct hit the red "submit" button on the right. Do not close the window until you see the "Order Confirmation" page.

Once submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your credit card was processed.

The MFCF delegates are for the MFCF portion of the convention, the State Fair delegates are on a different form they go to a different place & are not on this website.
