Room reservations become available on Monday, November 20th, 2023, at 9:00am CST.
If you call before this time, you will be told that no rooms are available.
Make your room reservations for the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs 2024 Convention prior to the cutoff date Thursday, December 28, 2023, or until rooms are sold out.
The DoubleTree by Hilton, Bloomington-Minneapolis South accepts all major credit cards by phone or online only. Credit cards will not be accepted by mail.

Call the DoubleTree by Hilton Central Reservations Center and request the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs room rate to reserve your guest room or to make a change or cancel an existing reservation. You can also reference code CFJ when calling to get the group rate.

Mail-In Reservations:
The hotel no longer accepts reservation forms via mail. The block fills so quickly rooms are not available by the time forms are received.
Cancellations & Early Departure:
To cancel a reservation, please do so before 5:00pm December 28, 2023, or you WILL be charged for a full one-night stay plus tax. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be assessed two nights room and tax. Please be aware that there is a $50 early departure fee for checking out early without notifying the hotel prior to check in.
