The Annual Convention is a great opportunity for you to promote your business/organization in one location with members of these three organizations:

MN Federation of County Fairs * MN State Agricultural Society * Midwest Showmen’s Association

The 2026 MN Fairs Convention will be held January 15 - 18, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Our convention attendance continues to be strong, as attendees partake in four (4) days of education, entertainment, and networking with fair friends.

2026 Lobbyist Contribution

Fairs receive on average $15,000 - $25,000 in grants and beneficial programs through the State. The MFCF lobbyist protects and advocates for those dollars, programs, and our fairs. The suggested contribution is at least $400 per fair.
