This form is for new Associate Members only. When you pay your fee and fill out this application form you will have full use of the website, the MFCF board will review your application and either approve or disapprove your application.
If your application is declined, you will receive a notice and your fee back.
If your application is accepted, you will be notified, added to the website under associate members and receive all rights and privileges due an Associate Members.
Current MFCF membership is required to participate in the MFCF Annual Convention. Membership provides many benefits including a listing in the associate directory in the convention handbook and a listing on our website mfcf.com.
If you want to participate in the showcase you must be an associate member for 2 years.
